“10 ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10 NASB).’”
Do not fear; do not look anxiously about because I am your God. He will uphold those who are His by the power of His hand. Our blessed hope in His eternal promise to His children. Jesus, our Savior, has made these words full of vibrance as He directs my path.
I began my career as a public-school teacher. I had 17 years’ experience working in this field. God blessed me with a loving wife and two daughters. We were content and secure. Yet, I always felt as if something was slightly askew, in the sense that I was missing something. At the time, I could not discern what was missing. Looking back, I now liken it to an experience similar to Samuel (1 Samuel 3). Like Samuel, I heard a voice, not audibly, calling my name. For a time, I even tried to ignore the call, not recognizing who was calling. The more I ignored the call, the louder and more persistent the call became. Finally, rather than running, I said “Speak Lord, your servant is listening (1 Samuel 3:9).”
Since that moment, God has taken the reigns of my life leading my family down a path that He has forged. We have been through trials that seemed insurmountable, but God. But God and only God can be credited with the strength to see us through. He has made the words of the prophet Isaiah alive in my life and I give Him all praise and honor for the privilege of being called a child of the King!

Midweek Gatherings
Courage for the Journey Bible Study – Dive deeper into God’s Word with studies designed for both youth and adults.
Youth Group – A vibrant space for grades 7–12, featuring snacks, games, study, and monthly outings like picnics or bowling.
Kids Club – A fun, faith-filled environment just for our youngest members to learn, play, and grow together.
Flag Team – Elevate your worship through artistic expression, using flags to praise and minister creatively.
Choir – Lift voices in harmony, offering praise through music in our Sunday services and special events.
Praise Team – Lead worship through song in a more intimate contemporary setting—bring your voice and heart.
Men of God Bible Study – A dedicated space for men to gather, pray, study, and support each other in spiritual growth.
Young Adult Fellowship – Connect with peers in shared experiences—worship, ministry, fun, and meaningful discussions for ages 18–30 (or as defined locally).
Women’s Bible Study – Meets every Thursday or select Wednesday evenings for prayer time and bible study.
Ladies Tea – Join us the first Saturday of each month at rotating locations for fellowship over tea.
Men’s Prayer Breakfast – Gather every Thursday morning for prayer, breakfast, and fellowship.
Men’s Fellowship Breakfast – Join us the first Saturday of winter months for a hearty breakfast and camaraderie.
Senior Adult Breakfast – A monthly gathering on the third Thursday at Country Fare to share food and fellowship.
